By registering for this service, the resident understands and acknowledges that

(1) Vintage Township is a ‘residential subdivision’ (as that term is defined in Chapter 209 of the Texas Property Code),

(2) lots within Vintage Township are governed by a collection of documents recorded in the Official Public Records of Lubbock County, Texas, including the Community Development Agreement recorded at Volume 10412, Page 297 and the Vintage Township Neighborhood Declaration recorded at Volume 10413, Page 1,

(3) the foregoing require membership in Vintage Town Assembly, Inc., (“Assembly”) which has authority to impose regular or special assessments on the lots within Vintage Township, and

(4) the Assembly is empowered to enforce the the Community Development Agreement and the Neighborhood Declaration.
