Vintage Residents,
We are looking for a new HOA manager for our wonderful neighborhood. If you are passionate and excited to serve the residents of our incredible community, interested in keeping our neighborhood beautiful, and consider yourself an ambassador for Vintage Township then please let us know.
The managers position will be responsible for the following:
- Coordinating and communicating with all neighborhood services including pool maintenance, lawn maintenance, town hall cleaning and security services.
- Handling the HOA phone calls and promoting the neighborhood.
- Working closely with the HOA board members and attend the monthly HOA board meetings.
- Managing all venue bookings for town hall, pool parties, and parks including promoting the facilitates as well as coordinating with potential clients who wish to rent these venues.
