SPLASH PAD: The splash pad is down today due to electrical problems. We hope to get someone out today to make the repairs. We will post as soon as it is back up and running.
The VT HOA Board would like to thank Heidi McDaniel and show our appreciation of Heidi’s hard work as being the Vintage Township Events Committee Chairperson. As many of you know, the event on July 3 was Heidi’s last event as Chairperson of the Events Committee
Going forward, the VT HOA Board will be looking into selecting a succeeding Chairperson for the Events Committee. More information to follow.

HOA BOARD MEETING: The July HOA Board meeting has been cancelled as several members will be out of town on that date with vacations etc. We typically skip a month during the summer for this reason. The next board meeting will be August 11th at Town Hall at 7:00PM. If you would like to be on the agenda please email helenotto@vintagetownship.net.
POOL GUEST POLICY REMINDER:
As approved by the HOA board, the guest policy is currently as follows:
- Immediate Family: includes parents, children, and grandchildren.
- OR
- 2 guests per household
- OR
- A guest family that includes children and parents
- You cannot have immediate family and guests at the same time.
- There will be no semi private parties at this time.
Resident must be present with their guests at all times and must sign them in and ensure they follow the rules. The pool remains open at 50% capacity which is a total of 120 people. The HOA Board will continue to review the guest policy as necessary.
As per the Governor’s Executive Order, please ensure necessary precautions are maintained to reduce the transmission of COVID-19 and to minimize in-person contact with people who are not in the same household. We encourage social distancing and please be aware that you are using the pool at your own risk. Residents are encouraged to bring wipes etc. to clean the furniture before and after use.
The next Ladies Book Club will meet Monday, August 10th at 8pm. Leslie Tinsley Cutright will be the host. Her address is 11501 Topeka Ave. The book she has chosen is In an Instant by Suzanne Redfearn. Hope to see you there. Happy Reading!
