JUNE HOA BOARD MEETING: Per our previous notice, the June board meeting will be Tuesday, June 9th at 7PM at Town Hall. Residents are welcome to attend. The first twenty minutes of the meeting will be for any residents who want to address the Board and who have not made a prior request to be on the Agenda; individual time allowed will be determined by dividing the twenty minutes equally among those attending and asking to speak.
POOL: Thank you all for your cooperation with our new entry and exit system. Also, thank you to those of you who limited your time at the pool to ensure others got to use the pool with our limited capacity. The HOA board will discuss increasing the capacity at Tuesday’s meeting and I will post any changes on Wednesday.
POOL CARDS: If you loose your pool card, replacement cards are programmed on Monday’s when the pool is empty. The replacement cost is $25 and your previous card will be deactivated. Please contact me if you need to order a replacement (see contact info. below).
UPCOMING EVENTS: June 10th we will have a food truck and live music, June 18th Movie at Founder’s Park and June 24th food truck and live music. More details will be posted closer to the time. Check out the calendar on the website below for all the upcoming summer events.
TOYS: I have had a number of complaints from residents regarding bikes and toys blocking the sidewalks and being left around the neighborhood. As we have a lot of people out walking and sometimes with kids in strollers and wagons, we would appreciate it if you would ask your kids to keep the sidewalks clear and pick up their toys.
MASTER PLANS AND DESIGN CODES: For those of you wanting to locate the Master Plan and Design Codes document on this website, I have put a link below. It’s a very large document so it cannot be emailed but you can download it.
EXTERIOR CHANGES: Just a reminder that if you plan on making any exterior changes to your residence, you will require prior approval by the Design Review Board. Please email me your request and I will forward it to the DRB.
Also, this is a reminder that you cannot have any screens on your windows that are visible from the street.
