DOG DROPPINGS: We have had numerous complaints regarding dog’s droppings in the parks and in people’s yards. One resident put on rubber gloves and picked up several messes in Salisbury Park yesterday evening as she didn’t want her kid playing in the mess. Please have respect for your fellow neighbors and pick up after your dogs. I understand we have dogs from other neighborhoods visit but residents have been seen leaving their dogs mess behind.
COFFEE MORNING TOMORROW AT 10AM: If there is enough interest, we will have a coffee morning tomorrow at 10AM at Town Hall. This is an opportunity for our retired or more mature residents to get together. If you are new to Vintage Township this is a great way to get to meet neighbors. MONARCH DISCOUNT FOR RESIDENTS: Monarch will be hosting a Texas License to Carry Class on Saturday, March 7th from 9:00am to 3:00pm starting at Town Hall. Upon completion of the classroom portion we will move to a private range for the pistol qualification. The cost of the course is $100. Ammunition and range fees are included in the cost. NEXT DOOR APP: Some residents have been receiving letters regarding the Nextdoor Vintage Township app claiming they are from existing residents who recommend it. This app is not affiliated with Vintage Township or the HOA Board. When they are promoting the app they tag on the name of the neighborhood they are hitting up. This is misleading and I just wanted to clarify.
From Lisa Burgess: LADIES BOOK CLUB will meet again March 9th at Megan Arnold‘s house 11512 Topeka. This month’s book is American Dirt by Jeanine Cummin. We have been having a great turnout with enjoyable discussions. Our charity this month is a pizza party for Ronald McDonald House families. Please bring a cash donation if you want to participate.
