HOA BOARD ELECTIONS: There are three board positions up for election. Milad Fakhreddine, Holly LaFebre and Matt McDaniel’s terms end this year. Please nominate your fellow neighbors who you think would make an excellent board member by October 1st. All dues need to be up to date and they cannot have any covenant violations. Please email nominations to the board at myvintagehoa @yahoo.com Nominees will be announced on October 2nd and a short bio on each nominee will also be posted.
Unfortunately, due to family medical circumstances, John Russell, our HOA president, tendered his resignation at last Tuesdays board meeting. Our Vice President, Rocky Holly, will take over as president. Murphy Coon, who had the next highest number of votes at the last election, has agreed to take a seat on the board.
We would like to express our gratitude to John for his leadership, hard work, service and dedication to the community. John has served on the board for five years and has been HOA president for nearly four years. He has tirelessly given his time and resources and we thank John for his contribution to the many improvements that have been made to this community during his time on the board. We wish John and his family the very best for the future.
HOA Board Elections and Town Hall Meeting
TUESDAY OCTOBER 8TH
7:00PM at Town Hall
The board encourages at least one member of each household attend the meeting. However, if you cannot attend, you will be able to vote via email. I will post details closer to the time. One vote per household, per open position. You must be current on your dues and have no covenant violations to vote.
