BOOK CLUB: We are starting up the book club again. If you would like to be a part of it join us at 8pm on Monday, Sept. 16th at 11522 Trafalgar Ave. We will discuss future dates and times. SEPTEMBER HOA BOARD MEETING: Tuesday, September 17th at 7PM. Residents are welcome to attend, however please remember this is not an open forum. If you wish to be added to the agenda, please contact me.
COFFEE MORNING THURSDAY September 18th 10AM AT TOWN HALL: This is an opportunity for our retired or more mature residents to get together. If you are new to Vintage Township this is a great way to get to meet your neighbors. If you plan on attending please text or email me.
MONARCH SECURITY: I am updating the contact list for Monarch Security. They would like to have a contact number for each address should they need to notify you of a garage door open or if there is any suspicious activity around your residence. I will not give out anyone’s number without your permission. If you have not given me your contact information to add to the list already, please text me at 806 782 4294 with your name, address and a contact number. If you are renting your home please mention this in your text.
SWIMMING POOL AND SPLASH PAD: The pool and the splash pad will remain open throughout September, weather permitting. The last day open will be September 29th.
TREE TRIMMING – If necessary, would you please trim your trees so pedestrians can walk on the footpath in front of your home without their heads hitting a tree limb. Also, if you have large bushes or foliage can you please ensure they are not obstructing the pavement.
Just a reminder that if you wish to make any exterior changes to your home, you must contact the Design Review Board for approval in advance. You can email me your request.
