MONARCH SECURITY are finding quite a few garage doors open late at night on their patrols.  They would like to have a contact number for each address should they need to notify you of a garage door open or if there is any suspicious activity around your residence. I will not give out anyone’s number without your permission. If you would like for them to have a contact number please text me at 806 782 4294 with your name, address and a contact number.  If you are renting your home please mention this in your text.

BOARD MEETING: The March HOA board meeting will be held on Tuesday the 12th at 7:00PM. Residents are welcome to attend, however please remember this is not an open forum. If you wish to be added to the agenda, please contact me.

PROPERTY TAX INFORMATION: Ace of Texas property tax consulting have rented the Town Hall on March 26th at 7:00PM.  They are inviting residents of Vintage to attend a meeting where they explain how the property tax system works. They can help you determine if your property is or isn’t fairly valued and possibly save you money.  I will post further information closer to the date.

EVENTS: We still need volunteers to organize or help with the neighborhood events. If you organized an event last year and are willing to do it again this year, or if you are interested in helping out, please contact me.

VINTAGE RESOURCES PAGE: I am updating the Resources Page on our neighborhood webpage. This page will be viewed by residents only. If you have a business you would like me to add, and maybe a discount you might like to offer to your neighbors, please email me. Also, if there is a business you would to recommend, please email me the details. I often get calls for recommendations so I think this would be of great benefit to all.

EXTERIOR REPAIRS: We still have several porch rails in the neighborhood that need repair.  I know some of you are in the process of having them repaired but if you are not, please contact me and I can give you the names of some companies who many have used in the neighborhood.

DESIGN REVIEW BOARD: Just a reminder that if you want to make any exterior changes to your house you must get prior approval from the DRB. You can contact me with the details.
