SECURITY FOR VINTAGE
We are pleased to announce that the HOA Board has hired Monarch Executive Protection Services to provide security for the neighborhood. Uniformed armed security officers, licensed through the Texas Department of Public Safety, will provide vehicle and foot security patrols throughout the neighborhood on random nights. They have posted signage at the entrances to the neighborhood and the pool area. Their vehicles will be easily identifiable black SUV’s with Monarch logos. We will employ their services initially for six months and then review. Residents can report suspicious activity directly to Monarch at 806 516 4187 or monarcheps@gmail.com Please limit this to suspicious activity and not barking or lost and found dogs. One of the owners of the security company is a Vintage resident which we consider a great advantage.
